Perspective Cloud applies layered controls appropriate to an organisation-focused SaaS platform. This page provides transparency without publishing information that would weaken security.

Access and isolation

• Authenticated organisation members use individual accounts.
• Role and membership checks protect organisation routes and records.
• Participant access uses unique links with lifecycle, expiry and regeneration controls.
• Sensitive platform-administration operations require elevated authorisation and password confirmation.

Application and infrastructure

• Production HTTPS and secure session configuration.
• Managed production database, cache, sessions and queue infrastructure.
• Signed Stripe webhooks and server-side subscription state.
• Automated tests covering access, billing, participant workflows and usage enforcement.
• Regular dependency review and production readiness checks.

Data resilience

• Managed database backups with the configured retention window.
• Audit records for material organisation and platform events.
• Controlled deletion and account-management workflows.
• Queue reservation and reconciliation for metered AI work.

AI safeguards

• Optional AI features are allowance-controlled and can be disabled.
• Perspective Intelligence uses a protected aggregate-oriented snapshot.
• Participant identity, secure access tokens, recovery links and free-text answers are excluded from that snapshot.
• Generated content remains advisory and requires human review.

Customer responsibilities

• Use least-privilege membership and remove access promptly.
• Protect participant links and exported reports.
• Use suitable questions and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
• Report suspected incidents promptly and preserve relevant details.
